01Acceptance of Terms

By adding Charlos to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot or remove it from your server.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Charlos, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using the bot, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any server you add Charlos to complies with Discord's Community Guidelines.

03Usage Rules

When using Charlos, you agree to:

Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
Not abuse, exploit, spam, or automate the bot's commands
Not use Charlos to harass, threaten, or harm others
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the bot's normal operation

Server owners and moderators are responsible for how Charlos's moderation commands are configured and used within their own servers, including who is granted permission to use them.

04Virtual Economy

Any in-bot currency, items, or stats (e.g., wallet balances, inventory, levels) exist solely within Charlos and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money or transferred outside the bot, and may be reset, adjusted, or removed at any time as part of normal bot operation, bug fixes, or anti-abuse measures.

05No Warranty

Charlos is provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, particularly while the bot is under active development.

06Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlos and its developer are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from use of the bot — including lost in-bot currency or items, moderation actions taken by server staff, bot downtime, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.

07Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict Charlos's access to your server, or block specific users from using certain commands, if these terms are violated or the bot is misused. You may stop using Charlos at any time by removing it from your server — doing so does not entitle you to recovery of any lost in-bot currency or data.

08Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated as Charlos evolves. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Charlos after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
