Server moderators are responsible for how Charlos's moderation commands are used within their own servers.
Any in-bot currency, items, or stats (e.g., wallet balances, inventory, levels) have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money and may be reset or adjusted at any time as part of normal bot operation.
Charlos is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or availability. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time during development.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlos and its developer are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from use of the bot, including lost in-bot currency, moderation actions, bot downtime, or any indirect damages.
These terms may be updated as Charlos evolves. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Charlos after a change means you accept the new terms.
