Charlos collects only the minimum data necessary to function:
- Discord User ID — to save your economy data, server settings, and moderation history
- Discord Server ID — to save server-specific settings like welcome channels, mute roles, and anti-link preferences
- Economy data — wallet balances, inventory items, farm counts, levels, and stats
- Moderation data — warnings, mutes, and bans issued within your server
2. What We DO NOT Collect
Charlos does NOT collect:
- Passwords or payment information
- IP addresses
- Real names or email addresses (unless you contact us directly)
- Message content (commands are processed temporarily and not stored)
- Any data from users under 13 years old
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Operate the bot's features (economy, moderation, utility)
- Save your progress and server settings
- Enforce moderation rules
- Improve the bot's functionality
4. Data Storage
Data is stored securely in BDFD's database system. Only the minimum necessary data is collected and retained for as long as you use the bot. If you stop using Charlos, your data will eventually be removed.
5. Data Sharing
Charlos does NOT sell, share, or trade your data with third parties. Your data is only used for the bot's core functionality.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Stop data collection by removing the bot from your server
7. Third-Party Services
Charlos uses BDFD (Bot Designer for Discord) for hosting and data storage. BDFD's own privacy policies apply to how your data is stored on their servers.
8. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated as Charlos evolves. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the bot means you accept the updated policy.
